Returns, Repairs, exchanges
If you are not fully happy with your purchase, returning your jewelry is a pretty simple process. Please follow the steps listed below:
- You are eligible for a return within 30 days after you received the product and it must be in original condition and packaging.
- Email Hayle at firstname.lastname@example.org or direct message me on instagram @sozocreationz Your request will processed within the same day of inquiry.
- I, Hayle, will send a prepaid return label to your email. An $8 return fee will be deducted from your final refund.
- Again, the product must be sent in the original packaging to ensure safety in transit.
- You will receive email notifications once your return has been received and processed.
- Please note that if the product is found to be damaged or not in original condition upon arrival then the Return Authorization is not a guarantee.
