If you are not fully happy with your purchase, returning your jewelry is a pretty simple process. Please follow the steps listed below:

You are eligible for a return within 30 days after you received the product and it must be in original condition and packaging.
Email Hayle at Hayle@sozocreationz.com or direct message me on instagram @sozocreationz Your request will processed within the same day of inquiry.
I, Hayle, will send a prepaid return label to your email. An $8 return fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Again, the product must be sent in the original packaging to ensure safety in transit.
You will receive email notifications once your return has been received and processed.
Please note that if the product is found to be damaged or not in original condition upon arrival then the Return Authorization is not a guarantee.
